By accessing or using RiftRank ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Description of Service

RiftRank is a tournament management platform for League of Legends that provides:

• Tournament organization and bracket management
• Player statistics tracking and leaderboards
• Team registration and management
• Match history and performance analytics
• Community features and Discord integration

User Accounts and Registration

To participate in tournaments, you may need to:

• Provide accurate information (Summoner name, Discord ID)
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be at least 13 years old
• Have a valid League of Legends account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized tools
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Use offensive or inappropriate names/content
• Attempt to manipulate rankings or statistics
• Impersonate other users or organizations
• Violate Riot Games Terms of Service
• Engage in any illegal activities
• Spam or distribute malware
• Scrape or abuse our API/services

Tournament Rules

Fair Play

• All matches must be played fairly and honestly
• Use of cheats, hacks, or exploits results in immediate disqualification
• Toxic behavior will not be tolerated
• Respect all players, organizers, and staff

Match Conduct

• Be on time for scheduled matches
• Use official Tournament Codes when provided
• Report results accurately and promptly
• Follow specific tournament format rules

Disputes

Tournament organizers have final say in all disputes. Decisions are made based on available evidence and in the best interest of fair competition.

League of Legends, Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. RiftRank is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games.

Platform Content

The RiftRank platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by RiftRank and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We provide the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of statistics or data
• Availability of specific features
• Compatibility with all devices

Third-Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party services (Riot Games API, Discord). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiftRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Prizes and Rewards

Community tournaments are typically free to enter with non-monetary prizes (glory, bragging rights, recognition). For tournaments with prizes:

• Prize details will be clearly stated before registration
• Winners must comply with verification requirements
• Prizes are awarded at organizer discretion
• No gambling or betting is permitted

Data and Privacy

Your use of RiftRank is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Remove content that violates our policies
• Ban users from tournaments for misconduct
• Modify or discontinue services at any time

You may stop using our platform at any time.

Changes to Terms
